Terms & Conditions

• For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the “Supplier" refers to the Dope Elope team whose Instagram handle is @dope.elope, and webpage is www.dopeelope.au, the “Winner” refers to the selected couple with valid competition entry, and the "Prize" refers to the La Dolce Vita Elopement scheduled for Thursday, 3 October 2024 between 10:30am-12:00pm at Poachers Pantry, NSW, with the following inclusions:

  • 1.5 HOURS EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE LA DOLCE VITA HAVEN [FOR TWO], WITH A SELECTION OF BEVERAGES + A TWO-COURSE MEAL

  • ALL FURNITURE + STYLING BY SWEET LITTLE SUNDAY

  • ALL FLORAL STYLING, INCLUDING 1X LUSCIOUS BOUQUET TO KEEP, BY PEONY N’PEARL

  • PERSONALISED STATIONERY + SIGNAGE BY MAEKE

  • A CUSTOM CEREMONY WITH SARAH MARIE CELEBRANCY + ALL LEGAL REQUIREMENTS FULFILLED (if you are getting legally married)

  • HAIR + MAKEUP SERVICES [FOR ONE] WITH TARA FLORENCE ARTISTRY + KATE LILY DRESSING HAIR

  • LIVE ACOUSTIC SOUNDS BY NICK RIGBY

  • PHOTOGRAPHY COVERAGE BY BEL COMBRIDGE OR CORINNA + DYLAN

• By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

• Entrants must be over 18 years old on the date of their entry and entries are open only to residents of Australia.

• Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted. Both parties to the relationship may enter.

• Each entrant shall enter the competition by following the advised four (4) steps: via Instagram by tagging another Instagram user in the comments of the specified post by @dope.elope, following the mentioned Instagram profiles and sharing the post to their stories; and by completing the online competition form.

• The competition will close at 11:59pm on 31 July 2024, and no late or incomplete entries will be accepted.

• One (1) Winner will be selected by the Supplier, based on merit,  from all entrants who completed all four (4) entry steps including the competition online form and instagram social media requirements, once the competition has closed.      

• The Winner shall accept or forfeit the prize, by method of written notification to the Supplier within five (5) days of being notified.

• Where the Prize is forfeit by the Winner, the Supplier reserves the right to select a new eligible winner, at the Suppliers discretion.

• All entrants will be notified of the outcome via email by 8 August 2024.

• Instagram and Facebook are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.

• The Supplier will not be liable for any failure of receipt of entries. The Supplier takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete or otherwise invalid. The Supplier will not be held liable if the named Prize  becomes unavailable or cannot be fulfilled.

• The Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.

• Where the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Supplier reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher value.

• To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Supplier shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the Supplier and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.

• The name, address, email address and phone number of the winner must be provided to the Supplier if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize.​

• In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond the Supplier’s reasonable control, the Supplier reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice.

• The Supplier's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.

• The Winner’s name and social media username may be shared on the social media profiles, and other subsequent media channels (not limited to print, radio, online news or any other media platform) of the Supplier, the Suppliers selected vendor team, and possible news or media outlets after the winner has been selected, and they have announced their news.    

• The Winners hereby agree that the Supplier, the Suppliers selected vendor team, and possible news or media outlets  may publish, exhibit, and otherwise use imagery and video media from the Prize/Event for advertising, trade, promotional and any other lawful purposes such as promotion and marketing of the event.
